The job posting is outdated and position may be filled Responsibilities: • Manage Beauty P&L for ‘digital’ and feed into P&L plans/revisions with finance team, providing insight and opportunities to support and drive growth. • Constantly striving for success, staying focused and effective at all times even when priorities are changing • Play key role in promotional planning- providing forecasts and insights into performance for different promo mechanics and ensuring key trading moments are optimized with the correct promotions, where necessary. • For each key campaign/seasonal launch, ensure the B&M beautystrategy is reflected online, appropriately influencing where the online experience may differ slightly. • Lead the trading of the Beauty category across Bloomingdales online, in four markets, ensuring a strong and comprehensive online journey for the customer. • Own relationship between digital and beauty buying/planning, to understand key buys, trends, stock position, to drive trade and marketing focus. • Identify and help influence opportunities for a better customer experience on the website with the tech and product team, based on commercial rationale and customer behavior • Able to lead by example, motivating yourself and others to deliver the business plan. • Ensure hind-sighting analysis shared with the wider team for launches/campaigns/promos.
