- Support in Preparation of Company’s long term business plan, annual budget, rolling forecast after analyzing historical numbers and trends and future market indicators.
- Prepare, and update financial projections as per company growth plan and business assumptions.
- Reporting financial performance vs budgets and forecast
- Provide information for Board & ExCom meetings.
- Upload budget in Group BPC portal.
