Senior Marketing Manager EMEA

Marketing plan: You will create, partnering with the EMEA and cross functional leadership team, and action the 5 year strategic plan as well as the annual marketing plan that drives Aerogen towards standard of care with sustained double digit revenue growth, while maintaining margins and delivering increased market share.

Team development: You will lead a team of cluster dedicated marketing specialist and will work with them to build a high performing team that is commercially astute, dedicated, innovative and adaptable.

KOL strategy and Medical Affairs partnership: You will develop and implement, working in partnership with Medical Affairs and the cluster leads, a customer engagement strategy, which includes deployment for distributor partners, industry congresses (review, own and deliver the One EMEA congress strategy) and customer education events.

Data Roadmap: You will build, in partnership with Medical Affairs, a clinical data roadmap that will secure the data to drive growth and achieve market share targets.
