Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing Executive who is fluent in Arabic to join our passionate team. In this pivotal role, you will support the marketing department in implementing a comprehensive 360-degree marketing plan, driving initiatives across various segments including Food & Beverage, Spa, Leisure Tourism, and MICE. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and passion for hospitality will be instrumental in elevating our brand presence and achieving our commercial goals. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Support: • Support the marketing team in the implementation of a 360-degree marketing plan, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. • Collaborate with other departments to deliver market-leading activations in Food & Beverage, Spa, Leisure Tourism, and MICE segments, fostering synergies and maximizing impact. Internal Collaboration: • Work closely with the hotel's award-winning outlets to drive internal capture and deliver on the outlet's commercial goals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Analysis and Reporting: • Assist in analyzing and reporting on marketing activations, providing valuable insights to optimize future initiatives and enhance ROI. Social Media Content Management: • Actively own and manage multiple social media accounts for key products, creating engaging content and executing a monthly content plan to drive awareness and engagement. • Plan and support the execution of regular photoshoots for exciting products, liaising with internal content creators and external marketing agencies to ensure high-quality visuals. • Develop and execute promotions campaigns in F&B, weddings, spa, rooms, and conferences through relevant digital and social media channels, leveraging data-driven strategies to maximize reach and impact. • Engage in proactive online reputation management by surfacing relevant guest comments (positive or negative) on social media channels and responding promptly and professionally.
