- Provide strategic advice and input to the Director Human Resources (DHR) on People and Corporate Performance and development issues.
- Partner with divisional Chief’s and Directors to identify the people and Corporate Performance and development activities required to achieve their business objectives.
- Maintain the organization manual to include approved organization charts, job analysis reports, written job descriptions, job evaluation results and benchmark positions.
- Lead the Talent Development and Policies & Procedures team in the development of the department business plan and programmes that will support and deliver the GF HR strategy and vision.
- Lead the team responsible for the development of employees across the entire organization, based locally in Bahrain as well as across the GF global network ensuring that GF employees have the skills and knowledge to perform capably in their roles and are inducted into the GF organization with an understanding of the vision and the part their role will play in the success of GF.
