- Establish and lead the Operational Readiness initiative that ensures the RMT Lifecycle Services Operations organization is ready for the introduction and delivery of new and existing services
- Establish and lead the Operational Readiness initiative that ensures the RMT Lifecycle Services Operations organization is ready for the introduction and integration of new acquisitions
- Conduct operational readiness webinars to promote field awareness on execution processes and standards for new and existing programs.
- Develop a process to track adoption of standards and processes that were delivered as part of the operational readiness initiative
- Work with the New Product Development (NPD) team to continuously incorporate Lifecycle Services Operational Readiness deliverables into the NPD cycle.
