Req ID : 2764820
- Preparation of project plan and Timelines for Quarterly and Annual reporting inline with expectation from Board Audit Committee (BAC) and Board of Directors (BoD).
- Ensure preparation and timely review and closure of Quarterly and Annual Financial statements.
- High level review of individual affiliates financial statements for any deviation and alignment with Group Consolidated Financial Statements.
