o Full responsibility for delivering effective cargo services solutions to customers
o Lead, motivate, and manage staff to deliver the Service Level Agreements (SLA) with customers
o Monitor and analyze the Profit and Loss (P&L) statements for any variances and take appropriate action
o Prepare operating budgets, resources plans (manpower, equipment, and facilities), and reports to deliver the organization's strategy and plans
