Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement procedures for administering competition issues in compliance with company policy. Contribute to or influence contractual policies within Human Resources. Review contractual templates from a competition law perspective and from an employment law perspective. • Negotiating, drafting and implementing a wide variety of simple and complex commercial agreements and employment agreements. • Development and management of strategic contracts in accordance with corporate requirements, supporting legal requirements and procedures to secure and protect the business interests of the company in matters related to contracts. Will become trusted legal and business advisor with regards to HR matters. • Develop and implement suggestions to contract policy and procedure revision and improvement. • Review QR Group policies across the globe to ensure compliance specific to the local jurisdiction. • Provide high quality review, analysis, negotiation and drafting of contracts. • Identify issues and determines when the escalation procedure should be started. • Resolve any disputes which come up and identifying areas for improvement in company’s contracting processes. • Provide legal interpretations on Standard Terms and Conditions of contracts.
