Senior Graphic Designer

We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other financial brokers.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our Design team.

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day design development and artworking of key assets, including corporate brand presentations, digital brochures, invitations, and print pieces. You will play a critical role in developing printed materials from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes through color proofing, sample proofing, and quality checks. Additionally, you will leverage your creativity and expertise to develop highly engaging and unique concepts and ideas for various visual and communication assets across digital platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

• Create highly creative and engaging concepts and ideas for the design and execution of visual and communication assets across digital platforms.
• Assist in the creation of new sub-brand concepts, identities, visual mock-ups, and guidelines.
• Utilize advanced skills in Figma, High Blender (Cinema), and After Effects (optional), with a focus on digital design.
• Create creatives for various digital platforms, including social media sites(FB/IG/Twitter/), Google Play, App Store, and partner networks.
• Develop or adapt 3D illustrations for social media channels.
• Develop printed materials, overseeing the process from inception to delivery, including color proofing, sample proofing, and quality checks
• Support brand development, including branding initiatives and brand identity maintenance.
• Provide full support for social media channels, including the creation and animation of stories in close collaboration with the copywriter and SMM manager.
  
  

Hard Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, High Blender (Cinema), and After Effects(optional), with a focus on digital design.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the design industry, with a focus on digital design and branding.
• Education in Graphic Design, Visual Design, UI, or related field.
  
  

Language Proficiency:

• Russian: at least B2 level
