Impact You’ll Own: • Manage day-to-day closing and reporting activities for Legal entities in EMEA & APAC to ensure that the entities’ books are maintained in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SOX compliance. • Responsible for preparation of Statutory Financial Statements, VAT and Corporate income tax compliance in multiple geographies. • Timely delivery of quality PBC requests for SOX controls, internal audit testing, Integrated US GAAP audit and regional statutory audits. • Support the management effort in process improvements for all areas of responsibilities, such as new system implementations, Mergers & Acquisitions & other projects. • Timely and accurate accounting, processing & reporting of payroll (as needed). • Provide corporate oversight of the Regional Legal Entities. Review, monitor, and follow up on variances until successful resolution during the month-end close. • Ensure compliance with Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (“ICFR”) under Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 (“SOX”) for areas of responsibility, including the documentation and review of accounting policies and procedures. • Support other members of Finance in other projects as needed. • Prepare financial statements, corporate income tax provisions and reconciliation thereof. Proficient in different tax structures; able to create journals to support various inter-company agreements. What You Bring: • BA/BS in Accounting or equivalent, ACCA/CPA/MBA preferred • Minimum 8+ years’ experience with a major in finance and accounting • Hands-on work ethic and can-do attitude • Experience with working in an accounting group of a public international company • Proven ability to prioritize activities and manage workload in a complex fast-paced environment with strict deadlines • Merger & Acquisition experience a plus • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills and service-oriented mindse
