- Conduct and contribute to manage Fire Safety Compliance function to ensure compliance with applicable code and standards.
- Ensure review and approve the design of Fire (passive and active) Systems.
- Provision of expert advice, clarifications and interpretations of relevant fire safety engineering codes and standards and policies, so these are implemented consistently and effectively to provide world class compliance with code life safety for the facilities.
- Prepare and present technical reports and presentation to management to justify project or additional resources.
- Participate in accidents /safety incidents investigations (if required) to provide technical expertise on code compliance and fire modeling/ fire origin analysis.
- Engagement of SMEs in global industry networks and forums in Fire Safety Engineering codes, standards, fire safety systems (passive and active).
- Coordination for the planning, execution, evaluation and improvement process of fire safety and Loss Prevention compliance audits.
