- As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:
- Conduct Joint Venture (JV) financial statement reviews.
- Conduct performance financial due diligence.
- Monitor and Issue JV performance and KPI reports and dashboards.
- Review JV investment business plans and operating plans.
- Support the cooperate board members for issues related to the current investments for all board related activities.
- Review JV future capital growth and propose potential investment.
- Interface with various corporate organizations, such as Law, Corporate Finance, Human Resources. Mentor, develop and providing expertise guidance for young workforce.
