Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking a Senior ERM & BCM Manager to join their team in Qatar. RESPONSIBILITIES • Leading in the development, maintenance, management, and execution of a comprehensive Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, to identify, assess, mitigate, monitor, and report on risks that may impact the company’s performance • Ensuring alignment of Risk Management with the corporate strategy and supporting senior management to ensure that risks are mitigated to a desired level • Ensuring that the Risk Management Framework facilitates continuous improvement of the company’s capabilities for managing their top priority risks • Ensuring the integration of ERM with the Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework to improve resiliency through the identification and development of response, recovery, and restoration plans in the face of any disruptions • Adopting risk treatment strategies that are cost effective and efficient in reducing risk exposure to an acceptable level
