- Providing technical support to operations or other departments as needed

- Developing computer models to simulate complex processes such as chemical reactions or airflow patterns
- Conducting experiments to test new products or materials in a controlled environment
- Writing reports on research findings and presenting them at conferences or in courtrooms as part of legal proceedings
- Performing experiments using various lab equipment such as spectrometers, lasers, and mass spectrometers
