- Develop accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects, considering materials, labor, equipment, subcontractor services, overhead costs, and any other relevant factors.
- Collaborate with project teams during the planning phase to quantity project scope, review project plans and specifications, and identify cost drivers and potential risks.
- Prepare bid documents, including request for proposals (RFPs), bid packages, and subcontractor bid solicitation documents, ensuring clarity and completeness to obtain competitive bids.
