Currently working with an International Law Firm with Offices across the Middle East who are looking to expand their current Corporate Practice in Bahrain with the hire of 2x Corporate Lawyers. Great opportunity to be involved on a broad range of Corporate work including: M&A's, joint ventures, equity capital markets deals, private equity.
Key Requirements
- Common Law Qualified Lawyer 6 years + PQE
- Experience gained at a strong regional or internationalCorporate practice
- A strong transactional track record. Experience of leading on transactions independently is highly beneficial
- Ability to business develop and manage juniors is required.
