- Minimum 10 years of experience within oil & gas industry of which at least 5 years within contracting & procurement function
- Experience in handling major projects
- Specific experience of tendering and contracting EPC projects
- Require experience in dealing with international contractors
- Experience of working in a JV environment will be an advantage
- Working knowledge in preparing monthly reporting and KPI
- Inventory management and freight forwarding will be an advantage
