- The Sr. Business Analyst is responsible for translating business and system needs into requirements for designers, developers, and testers towards developing enterprise-wide programs and projects that are aligned with GIB's strategy; and uses requirements elicitation, analysis, and specification verification techniques for this purpose.
- The Senior Business Analyst may work on multiple requests simultaneously, for more than one user department clarifying interdependencies with a cost and budgeting perspective.
- The Senior Business Analyst will enhance GIB’s ability to deliver change across its portfolio by developing and maturing the Bank’s capabilities for capturing requirements, creating designs, and designing tests.
