- Provides solutions to problems and guidance to less experienced field engineers.
- Provides guidance on different types of equipment and infrastructure maintenance.
- Provides guidance and installs more advanced or new technologies based on the needs of the customer/client.
- Provides guidance for assessing if equipment and systems meet compliance standards.
- Provides guidance, reports findings and provides solutions for any issues that halt progression.
- Provides recommendations and solutions resulting from equipment assessments and checkups.
- Provides training to internal and external groups on product features and specifications.
- Strengthens and builds client relationships by improving interaction with products.
- May coach and review the work of less-experienced professionals.
