Job Description

- Functional Lead on all HR modules including Global HR , Payroll, Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Time and Labor, and overseeing Core Business User support
- Responsible for Creating and following requests in Oracle Metalinks. Open Oracle HCM Cloud HR-related SRs if required and liaises with Oracle HCM Cloud Team until they are solved
- Maintaining all OTBI, BI Publisher and Fusion seeded/custom reports
- Provide support to TEC Technical Team for creating new reports but not limited to Data/report Gathering, Functional report specifications, UI Navigation, and report testing.
- An active member in Enhancements and upgrade projects.
- Responsible for complete Hire to Retire/Fire cycle managed by Oracle HCM Cloud
- Responsible for all HR module areas,
- Responsible for gathering customer requirements and mapping them onto the Oracle HCM Cloud applications in the most efficient way maintaining best market practices and guaranteeing corporate standards
- Responsible for validating and if required doing all Business Interfacing discussions, Scoping, Planning, Functional analysis, Requirement & Gap analysis, Mapping, Solution Designing, and Functional Testing.
- Responsible for maintaining all fast formulas for Payroll.
