- Formulates and recommends for approval, Safety in Design and Security in Design engineering execution plans, procedures, and program. Coordinating, facilitating and managing the interfaces, including 3rd party access and approvals between the contractor and other parties both internal and external by means of Safety in Design and Security in Design reviews and workshops. Conducts joint compliance activities with regulators and agencies having jurisdiction. Liaise with regulators, external law enforcement agencies and agencies having jurisdiction. Directs and provides technical and administrative guidance to assigned Project and/or discipline Engineers in the management of Safety in Design and Security in Design engineering on the project.
