Diary Management: Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives. Manage calendars, prioritize requests, and ensure all commitments are met in a timely manner.
Communication and Correspondence: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Handle incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication. Draft, proofread, and edit documents, correspondence, and reports as required.
Administrative Support: Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and other meeting materials. Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
