Job Description

We are looking for experienced candidates for the Secretary position with minimum 3 years experience.

  • Should have Excellent typing skills
  • Should be well familiar with MS Software (Word & Excel)
  • Should be able to communicate well in English, both verbal and written
  • Good ability to compose letters/emails to clients
  • Reporting to management and performing secretarial duties.
  • Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports and documents.
  • Filing documents, as well as entering data and maintaining databases.
  • Liaising with internal departments and communicating with the public.
  • Directing internal and external calls, emails, and faxes to designated departments.
  • Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
  • Assisting with copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, note-taking, and travel bookings.
  • Observing the best business practices and etiquette.
  • And any task assigned by the management

Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Secretary or similar role
  • Typing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Integrity and professionalism
