- Supporting and coaching other Scrum masters, Product Owners, developers and business stakeholders along with coordination and alignment on the business goals.
- Ensuring Agile concepts and principles are adopted for continuous improvements
- Lead one or more squads.
- Works with Agile coach and other Scrum Masters to grow within the role
- Has a passion for driving a culture of continuous improvement
- Has solid understanding of Agile Principles and Concepts
- Familiarity with multiple "flavours" of agile, including both process and engineering practices including Scrum, XP, Kanban, CI/CD, DevOps, etc.
- Has a passion for and experience in digital banking
- Can effectively influence and foster relationships with stakeholders
- Be a change agent in the team, program, or organization
- Is a great team player
- Excellent command of English and Arabic as wellA
