Job Description

- University degree preferred in the field of computer science, information systems, information technology or computer engineering.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in SAP support.
- Extensive government experience in Kuwait.
- SAP certification is greatly desired but not required.
- Having experience in handling tickets and application support to the end users.
- Having experience in providing training to the end users and preparing end user training material.
- Ability to read and communicate in Arabic is highly required.
