Job Description

Job purpose:
Implement the sales plans to achieve sales goals sell the companys products in the market and ensure outstanding customer service.

  • Main roles and responsibilities:
    • Representing the company in promoting and selling its products.
    • Opening new sales opportunities and increasing the number of customers.
    • Implementing the established sales plan.
    • Collecting the amounts owed by customers according to the contracts concluded and following up on them.
    • Communicating with regular and potential customers periodically to present new products their features their benefits and to bring orders from them.
    • Aftersales customer service and conducting contracts with the customer in order to provide ongoing support.
    • Providing product samples and catalogs to customers.
    • Continuous awareness of market conditions innovative products competitors products prices and sales.
    • Preparing daily and periodic reports to the branch manager.
    • Collecting the value of sales executed according to the agreed upon contract and supplying the collected funds daily.
    • Ensure that the customer signs the received invoices in coordination with the accountant and the warehouse.
    • Daily coordination with the accountant to monitor the balance of the clients debt.
    • Register the order within the credit limit and according to the customers actual need.
    • Follow up on orders with the warehouse supervisor to ensure their arrival to the customer.
    • Commitment to implementing the internal system for periodic reconciliation of client accounts.
    • Follow up on customer feedback prepare the required report sign it and deliver it to the branch manager for approval.
  • Skills
    • B2B Experiences must.
    • Knowledge of modern techniques and their implementation to boost sales activities.
    • Proven track record of maintaining professional ethics through the portrayal of exemplary soft skills.
    • Approaching new and existing customers by following optimum consumer service standards.
    • Tremendous enthusiasm to efficiently achieve sales goals under tight deadlines.
    • Excellent phone and presentation skills.
    • Strong negotiation skills.
    • Knowledge of English and Arabic.
    • Three years of experience in sales (stationery / toys).
