- Supporting the design and production of monthly reports on PLB performance, CTK usage and CoS breakdown to enable management and monitoring of out incentives and costs.
- Provide assistance for regions through coordination to utilize their sales programs to enable them focus on key channels and agencies.
- Design calculation tools through an Excel model to monitor sales incentive programs and enhance accuracy of data.
- Design and maintain top agency dashboard to track performance and optimize cost of sale.
