- Facilitate frontline installation resource strategycreation via optimal resource allocations
- Interpret future demand plans to forecast and planrequirements for resources and local/internationalsubcontractors
- Allocate installation resourcesand subcontractor resources based on local supervisor needs withinfrontline
- Support delivery operations managersand supervisors in using endorsed planning tools andmethods
- Maintain key data and report onnational installation resource needs and status to key leaders andregional/area level
- Explore options to resolveresource gaps and drive process improvement
