Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Sales Manager position located in Jeddah. Summary of the job:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for delivering sales and financial objectives for the western and south regions managing people leading sales marketing and promotion activities while following business policies and guidelines.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Owns the sales target for the assigned region and business unit.
  • Manages daily sales activities of dedicated TMs and STMs.
  • Ensures technology penetration and utilizes CRM tools effectively.
  • Manages a team of 6 direct reports selects new reps and creates a winning team focused on growth.
  • Implements selling strategies directed by the marketing team and maintains relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Aligns actions and behaviors with J&J CREDO.

Qualifications:

Main performance measures (Performance Goals) Experience Required:

  • University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent. Scientific or Medical background preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience with 3 years in orthopedic management.
  • Minimum 3 years of Leadership and managerial experience.
