Job Description

Purpose of the Role/Role Overview:

Responsible for leading sales team to reach sales target and developing sales plan


General Duties/Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, hire and train sales team.
  • Set sales goals, compare performance to gals and adjust goals as needed.
  • Identify target clients and present our solutions and products to HR / Marketing / Internal communications professionals
  • Meeting assigned targets for sales volume, pipeline creation and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
  • Develop and implement overarching outbound sales plan sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company, and achieve the sales target.
  • Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources
  • Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals
  • Accurately forecast sales numbers and track against them on a daily basis using a CRM system
  • Work with our CRM system to manage leads and convert them to sales
  • Build and manage relationships with current and potential clients
  • Managing the Key corporate accounts.
  • Collaborate with senior management, IT, merchant partnerships and marketing to position our brand and solutions with HR and Marketing community.



Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business administration or Marketing or communication or related filed.
  • +4 experience in sales.
  • Located in Jeddah

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong oral and written communication skill
  • Excellence English language
  • Problem solving & negotiation
  • Proven ability to lead a team
  • Excellent Leadership skills.
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
