Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Present promote and sell products/services using persuasive arguments to both existing and prospective customers.
  • Conduct costbenefit and needs analyses of existing/potential customers to address their requirements effectively.
  • Establish foster and nurture positive business and customer relationships to ensure longterm loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Initiate contact with potential customers through cold calling initiatives.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize overall satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet or exceed agreedupon sales targets and objectives within designated timeframes.
  • Coordinate sales efforts collaboratively with team members and across various departments.
  • Provide management with comprehensive reports detailing customer needs concerns interests competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and promotional trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Actively seek and implement feedback to enhance performance continuously and results.

  • Proven track record of success as a Sales Representative specifically within the Hydraulics Pneumatic s or Building Material industries in the Saudi market.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Familiarity with Business Relationship Management (BRM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practices coupled with the ability to cultivate productive business relationships.
  • Highly motivated and resultsoriented with a demonstrated ability to achieve consistently and exceed sales targets.

  • Capability to develop and deliver tailored presentations to meet the specific needs of diverse audiences.

  • Bachelor s degree in business or a related field.


Essential Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the audiovisual equipment industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in using billing and inventory management systems. Basic understanding of audiovisual equipment and technology. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Sales-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
