RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Take ownership of the business plans and marketing projects, ensuring its achievement by delivering clear leadership
2. Report business forecast on a monthly basis for assigned accounts.
3. Ensure performance management for marketing and sales staff, e.g. agree upon clear performance expectations, delivery of performance etc. (Goal setting).
4. Implement & maintain the best practices to set the standards for excellent sales performance. 5. Analyse market opportunities, customer insights, consumer trends and market analysis to develop and implement strategies to maximize margins while increasing market share.
6. Review sales pipeline & monitor the team and individual performance
7. Compare actual current business performance to market opportunity size and creates plans to close the gap.
8. Establish & maintain contact with large enterprise and government customers/prospects with active involvement with key decision makers.
9. Nurture and develop relationships with existing clients.
10. Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
