Achieving showroom monthly sales targets for new GAC cars and used GAC cars. Develop retail trade to reduce fleet ratio. Manage monthly CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores. Take advantage of FastTrack. Ensure that the showroom represents the GAC brand. Controlling pilot cars to ensure they are used effectively to assist in closing sales, are always in acceptable condition and are sold in a timely manner. Minimizing internal credit risk by ensuring correct documentation is submitted and assisting the Credit Department in collections when necessary.
