- Maximises revenue by assisting the Head of Sales & Marketing with new sales opportunities.
- Focus on a consistently executed up-selling approach.
- Participate in hotel promotional activities.
- Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings.
- Expedites sales activities in the segment assigned to you in line with the resort business plan.
- Proactively identifies, qualifies and solicits new businesses to achieve personal and hotel revenue goals.
- Understands the overall market - competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends supply, and demand etc. and knows how to sell against them.
- Bring the best sales opportunities on market conditions.
- Uses negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts.
- Establish and maintain filing system procedures, prepare new client files.
