Key Responsibilities: Sales Expertise: Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of successful B2B sales experience in the fit-outs and interior design industry. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to effectively convey product features and benefits to potential clients. Sales Drive: Exhibit a proactive and self-motivated approach towards achieving sales goals. Maintain a positive attitude and persistence in the face of challenges. Target Orientation: Work towards and achieve assigned sales targets within specified timelines. Implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share. Lead Generation: Pro-actively identify and generate new business leads. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients. Networking: Leverage and expand an extensive network of business contacts, particularly in the architectural, design, construction, and real estate sectors. Attend industry events and networking functions to build and strengthen relationships. Qualifications: Possess a Valid Qatar Driver's License. Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales related to fit-outs and interior design. Valid Qatar ID (QID) and No Objection Certificate (NOC) are mandatory. Available to join immediately. Key Competencies: Proactive and results-driven mindset. Exceptional negotiation and closing skills. Ability to understand and articulate technical product specifications. Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
