- You will provide detailed and deep technical expertise of MediaKind’s portfolio of solutions, with a specific focus on SaaS and cloud-based solutions.
- Serve as a liaison in the sales process when complex and technical solutions are involved.
- Consult with existing and potential clients to assess and understand technology needs and systems market requirements.
- Drafts or assists with the drafting of presentations and other documentation and materials that explain products and solutions to customers.
- Provides product and solutions domain expertise to support sales team and client to meet client needs.
- Effective customer management balancing client needs with the company’s technology solutions and solutions.
