Job Description

- Responsible for the filing of various departmental documents in an orderly & efficient manner
- Prepare various sales reports on Excel spreadsheets
- Assist Sales & Marketing Head in preparing sales performance reports, monthly sales reports and inventory reports
- Generate quotations (as and when needed), sales orders and purchase orders
- Ensure timely and accurate update in the Sales Information System for effective follow up and decision making
- Liaise and coordinate with product distributor
- Assist with other ad-hoc projects and sales promotions from time to time
- Perform office admin activities as and when required
- Responsible as front desk operator to receive all telephone calls during office hours and forwarding the calls to the respective personnel
