Job Description

- Provide highest level of customer service to all customers whilst focusing on achieving individual sales targets and store KPIs
- Greet customers, handle enquiries and promote offers/sales/promotions and new product lines in order to drive sales
- Help customers make selections / purchase decisions by building rapport and offering suggestions and opinions
- Keep a watchful eye on security issues in the store and lookout for shoplifters and any fraudulent purchasing activity e.g. stolen credit cards to minimize shrinkage
- Work with the Store manager and store team to identify opportunities to increase footfalls, improve conversion rates, increase sales of full price merchandise and improve the customer shopping experience
- Provide feedback from customers to the Store in Charge to improve the customer experience
