Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Assistant role in Manama. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with sales support, including interacting with customers, communicating with team members and customers, and organizing customer information.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships with customers and team members
• Customer service skills, with an emphasis on satisfying customer needs and addressing their concerns
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen carefully and articulate ideas clearly
• Sales skills, including the ability to identify customer needs and persuade them to purchase products or services
• Organizational skills, including the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
• An understanding of sales principles and practices, including the ability to use CRM software and sales techniques to achieve customer satisfaction and make sales
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in Sales, Customer Service, or related field is a plus
