• Ensure all accidents/incidents/near misses are reported and investigated by organizations. This includes fire incident.
• Effectively participate in incident investigations following Company procedures and regulations and the industry best practices.
• Be accountable for the developing, maintaining, and continuous improvement Company incident reporting and investigations procedures and practices.
• Review all incident investigations reports and be accountable for the completeness, accuracy, and integrity of investigation documentations.
• Track incident investigation actions/recommendations implementation and closure.
• Maintain records and database of all incidents reports, lessons learned and generated actions.
• Conduct trend analysis of investigations findings to address deficiencies and identify appropriate corrective actions.
