A minimum of Five (5) years' experience in Roads, Infrastructure and Drainage construction, of which the last Three (3) years' shall include specific experience, at site Occupational Health, Safety & Security Officer level. Minimum education requirements are Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Science or equivalent, plus Professional OHS qualification by Examination (NEBOSH IGC 123, IOSH Managing Safely, OSHA 30 hours), Management Qualification preferred certificate as BS OSHAS 18001 LEAD AUDITOR, implementation and continues improvement,
