- Designing automated processes as per the operational needs;
- scripting and coding in any RPA tool to resolve automation issues;
- reviewing the code, design, and providing expertise in the development.
- Furthermore, system integration; configuring new automation with efficient and easily understandable automation tools;
- and documenting the automation procedures
- Documenting the automation procedures
- Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions
- Assure the quality of the automation (QA processes)Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented
- Collaborate with development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions
- Support deployments or troubleshoot production issues outside of work hours and participate in an on-call rotation as neededAPIs development and Integration using various types of APIs (SOUP, REST, and JSON)
