What You'll Do
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of improvement/automation/RPA projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while coordinating with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Monitor project progress ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets while identifying and mitigating risks that may impact project delivery.
- Manage project team (developers and engineers) providing guidance/coaching with clear objectives and performance expectations.
- Possess strong knowledge of RPA and automation-related tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
