Job Description

- Ensuring that all crew members are following safety procedures, including wearing protective equipment
- Communicating with the client to ensure they are satisfied with the progress of the project
- Coordinating and supervising workers onsite to ensure that they are completing their assigned tasks accurately
- Ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly and ready for use by the crew members
- Ensuring that the appropriate materials are available on site for each phase of the project
- Managing the budget for the project to ensure that costs are kept within an acceptable range
- Managing workers’ time effectively to meet deadlines and goals
- Preparing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Overseeing workers to ensure that they are complying with safety regulations and best practices in the field
