Job Description

- Greet and interact with customers
- Understand customer needs and preferences related to merchandise
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Assist customers with purchase decisions
- Ringing up sales and arranging for delivery or pick-up of the customer’s order if needed
- Present the products in best manner including gift wrapping or placing items in relevant packaging/ gift boxes
- Retrieves merchandise from sales floor and stock room
- Keep management informed on stock levels and customer inquiries
- Perform stock related tasks including stock count and placing price labels on products
