Actively work towards creating a superlative café experience through customer service, beverage preparation and presentation, in-store marketing, and upkeep of the physical space.

Supervise and oversee the cafe's daily operating procedures and activities, i.e., kitchen, bakery, and front of the house.
.
Demonstrate the proper way of operating the equipment, POS machine, and other related devices used in the Café.
.
Orient / train new staff and remind current staff of the Café’s standard operating procedures to maintain and uphold the company and café practices.
.
Take serious responsibility concerning Café matters, activities, and accountabilities.
