* Monitoring and analyzing deviations from the established plans, the causes and methods of treatment, and designing a specifications booklet based on which employees can work in accordance with the regulations to be implemented and which will be a comprehensive guide and standard for any branch of our restaurants.
* Establishing standard operating procedures to ensure optimal use of operations in an equal and homogeneous manner in all branches. Responsible for ensuring the completion of daily work on the production line in the kitchen, etc. *
* Responsible for implementing the rules, regulations and policies followed in relation to the operating department.
* Follow up on worker training, training dates, and analyze the training results and returns.
* Responsible for the availability of all materials necessary for operational operations in quantities commensurate with the size and nature of the work for each department, and monitoring the consumed and damaged items and destroying them according to the established system.
