Responsible for subcontracts for buildings

Understand the contractual and commercial functioning of Technip Energies Works Contracts and more particularly of the NFS project contracts.
Assist the local manager in the following tasks:
Follow-up and responses to requests for additional work.
Management of Cost and/or Extension of Time claims from/to subcontractors.
Monthly monitoring of invoicing and payments to subcontractors.
Weekly meetings with subcontractors.
Preparation of the monthly Works Contracts activity report.
Preparation of contractual amendments.
Follow-up of correspondence related to Works Contracts.
Coordination with the other disciplines of the Project (Engineering, Purchasing, Construction, Planning, etc.) in order to ensure / anticipate that the subcontractor is able to perform its services without disruption and thus protect the interests of the company against to potential complaints from the subcontractor.
Involvement in the life of the construction site: Regular site visits; participation in HSE visits.
