- Provides excellent customer service, by adapting to the needs of individual callers, while maintaining a pleasant and courteous demeanor.
- Strive to exceed personal and department monthly sales goals based on bookings and revenue.
- Being able to multi-task buy looking up information from several different databases, while maintaining a conversation on the phone.
- Booked reservations for individuals or groups that are requested by phone or from within the hotel
- Assisted affluent guests with luxury packages and accommodations
- Administer flow of requests from guests to ensure that they were communicated in a timely manner to the appropriate department via email or direct communication
- Participated in monthly reservation meetings that discussed reaching company's goals
